FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY
COVID-19 DELAYS

Due to delays in production, please allow 6-12+ business days on some products.  The chart below outlines the averages for extended production times on specific products.  We are making every effort to ensure we can get your merchandise to you as rapidly as possible.

PRODUCTION + SHIPPING + DELIVERIES

Please allow 2 – 14 business days for fulfillment of your order.  We work with a variety of printers and manufacturers to ensure the best quality product at the best price.  However, in normal circumstances depending on the product, it can take up to 14 days for production fulfillment. 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. Kristy Breen Designs reserves the right to choose the shipping method so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 2-4 business days. The day an order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1. During the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) production timelines are extended. 

 Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date depending on the shipping method. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Kristy Breen Designs has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyers’ remorse.  All sales are final as they are produced on demand.

Damaged during shipping:

 If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. First, contact us at support@kristybreendesigns.com. You can save time on your return by including photographs of the damaged item(s) and including your original sales receipt. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Reshipment fees apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address. Credit for shipping charges will be given at the end of the refund process. Kristy Breen Designs will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects. Any other method of return shipping will not be granted.
